2. Scope of Services

3. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:

- Notify the Company promptly of any changes in job description
4. Fees and Payment
The Client agrees to pay the Company fees as outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms are specified in the agreement and are due upon receipt of the Company’s invoice.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information exchanged during the recruitment process.
6. Liability
The Company will perform its services with reasonable skill and care. However, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the recruitment process.
7. SMS Marketing Terms and Conditions
By opting in to receive SMS communications from Alexander Chapman Ltd, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
